Ordering with Allergies
For Bespoke Cakes
When placing a custom cake order, please:
- Inform us immediately of any allergies or dietary requirements
- Specify the severity of the allergy (life-threatening vs. preference)
- Discuss alternatives – we’ll work with you to create a safe option
What We Can Do

What We Cannot Guarantee

❌ Products for severe, life-threatening allergies (we recommend specialist bakeries)
Cross-Contamination Prevention
We take the following precautions:
- Separate storage for allergen-free ingredients
- Thorough cleaning between batches
- Staff training on allergen awareness
- Clear labeling of ingredients
- Dedicated utensils when possible
However, due to the nature of our small bakery, we cannot guarantee complete separation.
