When to Collect:

  • Order ready time will be confirmed via email/phone
  • Please collect during opening hours
  • Allow 24-48 hours for standard orders
  • Bespoke cakes require longer lead time

  • Cupcakes (standard quantity): 24 hours notice
  • Celebration cakes: 48 hours notice
  • Specialty items: 72 hours notice

Bespoke Cakes

  • Simple designs: 1 week notice
  • Complex designs: 2-3 weeks notice
  • Wedding cakes: 4-8 weeks notice
  • Large events: 6-12 weeks notice

During busy periods (Valentine’s, Christmas, etc.) please order earlier

Important Tips:

  • Keep cakes level during transport
  • Avoid hot cars (use air conditioning)
  • Never place cakes on car seats
  • Use trunk or flat rear cargo area

Upon Collection/Delivery:

Buttercream Cakes:

  • Keep at room temperature (cool area)
  • Avoid direct sunlight
  • Best consumed within 3 days
  • Do not refrigerate unless very hot weather

Fondant Cakes:

  • Room temperature storage
  • Keep away from humidity
  • Do not refrigerate (causes condensation)
  • Best consumed within 5 days

Fresh Cream/Fillings:

  • Refrigerate immediately
  • Remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving
  • Consume within 2 days

Cupcakes:

  • Store in airtight container
  • Room temperature (2-3 days)
  • Refrigerate if cream-filled

  • Pay in-store upon collection
  • Cash or card accepted

Delivery Orders:

  • Payment required before delivery
  • Online payment only
